This policy explains what information the Be Transformed app and website (BeTransformedTraining.com) collect, how it's used and the choices you have. "Be Transformed", "we" and "us" mean Be Transformed Fitness LLC, Edmond, Oklahoma.
The short version
- We collect what we need to coach you: your account details, your training data and the videos you choose to send.
- Your technique videos are private. Only you and your coach can see them.
- We don't sell your information, and we don't show ads or use advertising trackers.
- You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored in a scrambled (hashed) form; we can't read them.
- Training information: workouts, exercises, sets, reps, weights, notes and whether you completed, changed or skipped an exercise.
- Technique videos: videos you record or choose to send to your coach, with the exercise and any notes or questions you add.
- Progress photos and measurements: only if you choose to add them.
- Messages: what you send us by email or through the website.
- Coaching applications: if you apply on the website, your name, email, phone number (if you give it) and your main goal.
Information created when you use the app
- Coach feedback: written feedback and video links your coach sends you.
- Notification token: if you allow notifications, your phone gives the app a code so we can send alerts (for example, "Your coach replied"). You can turn notifications off in your phone's settings.
- Purchases: what you bought and when. Card payments are handled by our payment provider (Stripe), Apple or Google. We never see or store your full card number.
The app only uses your camera, microphone or photo library when you choose to record or pick a video.
How we use it
- To run your account and sign you in
- To provide coaching: programs, workout tracking, progress and video feedback
- To send notifications you've allowed
- To process purchases and give you access to what you bought
- To answer your questions and keep the service secure
Who can see your information
You and your coach. Your technique videos are kept in private storage and are only viewable through links that expire after a short time.
We use a small number of service providers to run the app. They only process your information to provide their service to us:
- Supabase: secure database, sign-in and video storage
- Expo: delivering push notifications
- Stripe, Apple and Google: payments and app downloads
- Formspree: receives coaching applications from this website and emails them to us
- Calendly: scheduling free consultations, if you book one
- Google Fonts: loads the fonts on this website
Coaches may share Loom or YouTube links with you. If you open one, that site's own privacy policy applies.
We may share information if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. If you delete your account in the app, your personal information and videos are deleted right away. If you ask us by email, we delete them within 30 days. Either way, we only keep records we must keep by law (such as payment records for tax purposes).
Your choices and rights

- Turn off notifications at any time in your phone's settings
To make a request, email betransformedfitness24@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have additional rights, and we'll honor them.
Security
Information is encrypted while it travels between your phone and our servers, and access is restricted so each client can only see their own information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you.
Children
Be Transformed is not meant for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll let you know in the app or by email.
