Common questions

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. We'll send you a 6-digit code to set a new password.

How do I send a technique video?

Open the Video tab, record a set or choose one from your library, pick the exercise, add any questions and tap Send to coach. Videos can be up to 30 seconds. For a longer video, trim it first in your phone's Photos app.

When will I get feedback?

Your coach usually replies within 48 hours. You'll get a notification when feedback is ready, if notifications are turned on.

I'm not getting notifications

Check your phone's settings: Settings → Notifications → Be Transformed on iPhone, or Settings → Apps → Be Transformed → Notifications on Android.

How do I become a 1:1 coaching client?

Create a free account in the app, then get in touch to book a consultation. Once you join, your coach adds you as a client and the coaching features unlock.

How do I cancel a subscription?

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel in your phone's subscription settings. For anything else, email us and we'll take care of it.

Delete your account

You can delete your Be Transformed account and data at any time.

In the app

  1. Open the Profile tab.
  2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account, your technique videos and feedback, and your workout history right away. It can't be undone.

By email

If you can't sign in to the app, ask us instead:

  1. Email betransformedfitness24@gmail.com from the email address on your account.
  2. Use the subject "Delete my account".

We'll confirm by email and delete your account, training history, videos and photos within 30 days. Payment records we're required to keep by law are kept separately for as long as the law requires. See our Privacy Policy for details.
