These terms apply when you use the Be Transformed app, the website BeTransformedTraining.com, and any coaching or programs you get through them. "Be Transformed", "we" and "us" mean Be Transformed Fitness LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Your health comes first
Be Transformed provides fitness coaching, not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, or are pregnant.
- Exercise carries a risk of injury. You choose to take part and are responsible for training within your limits.
- Stop right away and get medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain or shortness of breath.
- Feedback on videos is based only on what's visible in the video and what you tell us.
- Results vary from person to person, and we can't guarantee any particular result.
Who can use Be Transformed
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission and supervision. You're responsible for keeping your password private and for activity on your account. Please give us accurate information, including any injuries or limitations that affect your training.
Your content
Videos, notes, photos and training logs you add are yours. You give us permission to store them and use them only to provide your coaching and run the service. We won't use your videos or photos publicly (for example, in marketing) without asking you first.
Only upload content of yourself or of people who agreed to it. Don't upload anything illegal, harmful or offensive.
Programs, coaching and payments
- Personal use: programs, videos and coaching materials are for your own use. Please don't copy, resell or share them.
- Prices: are shown before you buy. Applicable taxes may be added.
- Subscriptions: renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next payment; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds: all purchases of programs and coaching are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
- App store purchases: anything bought through Apple or Google is also covered by their terms, and refunds for those go through them.
What you can't do
- Share your account or let others use your purchases
- Try to access other people's information or break the app's security
- Copy, scrape or resell any part of the service
- Harass your coach or other people
Our content
The Be Transformed name, logo, programs, exercise library, videos and app belong to Be Transformed Fitness LLC and are protected by law. These terms don't give you ownership of them.
Ending your account
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we do, we'll tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Limits of our responsibility
We work hard to keep the service running and accurate, but it's provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Be Transformed isn't liable for indirect losses or injuries from exercise, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States.
